Vintage Denim Blue Sofa Couch Tissue Box Cover with Pillows by Lillian Vernon, material is solid blue rectangle-shaped cover with blue and white striped trim. Pillows include one floral, one white with blue polka-dots, and one blue and white striped, that matches the couch trim material. 35% cotton 65% polyester.  The pictures were taken with one of the tall or large tissue boxes. Using a shorter or regular size box will enhance the visual effect. From my parent's estate, it is likely from the 70s, 80s, or maybe 90s.
